Joy (49†x 49â€)
I small quilt to celebrate a birthday. I used a Flora charm pack, a few fat quarters and a some Kona in bone. I quilted it in concentric squares and then with teal thread stitched the words joy, laughter, happiness and family along two sides.
Love it! I think the quilted words make it special – great idea~!
I’ve always been attracted to quilts with words stitched into them. It’s a lovely quilt.
Oh so glorious,,,,makes me anxious for springtime.
