The quilt needed some color, so I stitched on the button, but something isn’t quite right. I’ll let the quilt sit for a bit and revisit what to change. Maybe fewer buttons more randomly placed?

    Carrie how about putting something colorful in her hand? A scarf, a ribbon, a hat, a purse, etc.? Maybe that will balance the color with the buttons?
