I awake around 6am each morning, but when my nose is stuffed up and I was up late the night before, I’d rather stay in bed. Instead of rolling over, I spend a few minutes thinking about what I get to enjoy today and I smile.
Thinking of what I get to enjoy is usually followed by a zillion thoughts of what I need to do, but I focus on the fun and happy for a few moments longer before I stretch my legs and roll out of bed.
