Such wonderful words for a Sunday morning – craft kindness. It’s so easy to be kind toward others, but sometimes the person that needs my kindness most is myself. I have high (often unreasonable) expectations of what I should accomplish each day and in life. Things don’t always work out and it’s easy to be hard on myself. I keep reminding myself that kindness, like happiness, is a choice. Choose to craft kindness!
