We get some spectacular sunrises and sunsets during this time of year. I’m not sure if it’s just the time of the day or the angle of the sun against the mountains, but I enjoy seeing them. She loves scenic views (6†x 12â€)

Bike Merry Gray
Why do we reserve the use of “merry†for Christmas time? We should use it more often as it also means cheerful and lively. In my imagination, this bike is spreading joy and cheer to all it passes and its rider has a huge smile on his or her face. Bike Merry – Gray (14†[…]
Reader Creativity
I love seeing quilters, artists and crafters creating pieces inspired by my patterns and creations. Mary created another quilt with a Parisian scene. Find Joy in a Quilt Shop – New Adventure
Six months ago I was laid off from my full time day job as a technical writer – telecommuting (working from home). The lay off wasn’t a total surprise, but it still was a bit of a shock to not wake up at 5:30 am each day and put in 8 hours on a computer. […]
Choose Happiness
This fabric (from Anna Maria Horner) makes me feel happy – I love the colors and patterns. After stitching the words “choose happiness†on it, I realized that they are a bit difficult to see across the print. I don’t mind though, it’s still beautiful. Choose happiness (9†x 11â€)
