Randomly pieced back
Sometimes a bundle of fabric must be stitched together. These fabrics were being discarded by a friend when she moved and I acquired them. The colors are so sweet – perfect for a little girl.
Front – I had 4 nine patch blocks that I envisions a bit differently as I was stitching them together, but I stitched and stitched and looked at the whole thing when it was done. It’s okay and I had a blast quilting it.
I am absolutely loving my Babylock Jane especially with a new free motion foot. I broke the original foot spectacularly – the needle drilled a hole in the plastic and the pin that keeps the spring in place snapped out of the foot. The new foot is all metal and very unlikely to break. YAY.
