Home Where the Waves Are – Surfer 1

Per the request of a young fan, I made surfer girls.

The background is various blue fabrics fused to the batting and quilted. The girl, board and surf is fused on top of the background and outlined with thread.

She is home where the waves are (14” x 11”)
