This past week has been filled with internal reflection, stress relief (lots of napping) and hours of reading.
The new issue of Cloth Paper Scissors is out with lots of great articles. I like the one about painted textures having recently received lots of bits of rick rack and trims in the mail. And The Time Traveler’s Wife is great. I’ve had problems getting to work on time because I can’t put it down.
Digital collage for a swap – theme: Mother Earth
A little fat book page for a swap. BelieveMagic is the front and the other folds to become the back. I sewed them together to form a little pocket. Not sure what I’m putting the pocket but I tried out a few ideas below.
A dressed up 6 year old me (note the shiny shoes). Making tiny tutus is fun!!! And a tiny art quilt – I love shiny thread.

I just got the new CPS too, and I am excited about the article on transfers… I am going to try some this weekend. And The Time Travelers Wife – good book! I love the pouchs you made!
