Tiny art born from a need to create, to practice, to play. Once the portraits are stitched, they become like tiny pages of an adult coloring book for me. I dump a bag of colored pens (India Ink PITT pens from Faber-Castell or Pigma Micron pens) and dive in. After all the coloring is done, I grab a pink colored pencil and highlight their cheeks before each one is heat set.
I have plans for creative play today and this weekend. I hope you can squeeze in some similar fun too.
