Loves Being a Mom

When I began scouring Alaskan brochures from all over the state for ideas on Alaska adventure, I was taken with an image of a child playing in the grass while her mom looked out at the amazing view.

I kept coming back to that as I sketched. While it isn’t unique to Alaska, many would argue that motherhood is an adventure unlike any other and seemed fitting with my Alaska adventure series.
