Scrap Quilt Top (53” x 57”) and Dexter Kitty

After completing the Husband’s Challenge quilt, I was inspired to try another scrap quilt. I avoided blacks as I dug through my scrap baskets and pulled out an overstuffed gallon bag of favorites. Instead of obscuring the fabric by cutting the pieces into small strips, I kept many of the scraps large to show off the print. It’s so fun and relaxing to piece with no plan in mind.
